Multi-Client Management
Client structure
Each client in your agency account is an organisational unit containing one or more properties. Clients are billing and access boundaries — users you invite to a client can only see that client's properties.
Adding a client
Agency → Clients → Add Client
Fields:
- Client name (internal, not shown to end users)
- Contact email (for client-side notifications)
- Billing contact (if billing per-client)
Adding properties to a client
Agency → Clients → [Client name] → Properties → Add Property
You can move a property between clients at any time without affecting the banner configuration or consent records.
Switching between clients
Use the client switcher in the top navigation to jump between clients. Your last-selected client is remembered per session.
Inviting clients to their dashboard
Give clients read-only or limited access to their own data:
- Agency → Clients → [Client] → Users → Invite
- Enter their email and choose role: Viewer (see reports only) or Editor (manage banner and vendors)
- They receive an invite and create a limited account
Clients with Viewer access see their own property's dashboard but cannot access other clients or agency settings.
Client-level notifications
You can configure scan alerts, consent reset reminders, and compliance report emails to go directly to the client contact rather than your agency email.
