Bulk Operations

Bulk operations let you act on multiple properties simultaneously — saving time when managing large client portfolios.

Available bulk operations

Operation	Description
Bulk scan	Trigger a scan on multiple properties at once
Apply template	Apply or update a banner template across properties
Publish policy	Publish a shared policy to multiple properties
Export receipts	Export consent receipts from multiple properties
Set notification email	Update alert email for multiple clients

Running a bulk operation

Agency → Bulk Operations → [Operation type]

1. Select the target properties (or select all clients)
2. Configure the operation
3. Confirm — operations run asynchronously
4. View progress in Agency → Bulk Operations → History

Bulk scan

Select up to 50 properties and run a scan on all of them. Results appear individually in each property's Scanner section. You'll receive a summary email when all scans complete.

Bulk policy publish

Useful when updating your standard vendor list or adding a new required vendor across all clients:

1. Create or update the shared policy in a template
2. Bulk Operations → Publish Policy → Select properties
3. Confirm — each property gets a new policy version published

Consent re-collection

Publishing a new policy version triggers consent re-collection from users on those properties. Plan this during low-traffic periods if needed.

Bulk export

Export receipts from multiple properties into a single ZIP file: Bulk Operations → Export Receipts → Select date range + properties → Export
