Billing models
ConsentForge supports two agency billing models:
Agency-pays
Your agency is billed for all client properties under your account. One invoice, one payment method. You decide how to charge your clients.
Client-pays
Each client receives their own ConsentForge invoice. You manage the setup; they pay directly. Useful when clients handle their own SaaS subscriptions.
Switch between models in Agency → Billing → Billing model.
Pricing
Agency pricing is based on the total number of properties across all clients, with volume discounts:

Invoice breakdown
Your monthly invoice includes a line item per client (or per property, configurable). This makes it easy to re-invoice clients.

Usage and limits
View per-client usage in Agency → Clients → [Client] → Usage:
- Consent events this month
- Scan runs
- Active properties
Overage charges apply if a client exceeds their plan's consent event limit. You'll receive an alert before overages are billed.
Adding/removing properties
Properties are billed from the date they're created to the date they're deleted. Billing is prorated to the day.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit (EU accounts).
SEPA mandate setup: Billing → Payment Method → Add SEPA
