Templates
Templates let you define a banner configuration once and apply it to multiple client properties. When the template changes, you can push the update to all linked properties at once.
Creating a template
Agency → Templates → New Template
A template contains:
- Banner layout (bottom bar, modal, corner float)
- Color scheme (primary, background, text colors)
- Typography
- Button labels and descriptions (per language)
- Preference Center configuration
A template does not contain:
- Vendor list (per-client)
- Policy (per-client)
- Logo (per-client by default, but can be overridden)
Applying a template to a property
Property → Banner → Apply Template → [Template name]
Once applied, the banner configuration is linked to the template. Changes to the template propagate to all linked properties when you push an update.
Overriding template values
On a per-property basis, you can override any template value:
Property → Banner → Override → [Field]
Overridden fields are not affected by template pushes. This lets you use a shared template but set per-client logos or colors.
Pushing template updates
After editing a template:
Agency → Templates → [Template] → Push Updates
Select which linked properties to update. You can preview the change before pushing.
Template versioning
Templates are versioned. Each push creates a new version. You can roll back a property to a previous template version from Property → Banner → Template History.
