General settings

Notification preferences

Control which emails ConsentForge sends to your account:

  • Billing — invoices, payment failures, plan changes
  • Security — new logins, API key creation, password resets
  • Scanner alerts — new findings, scan failures
  • Compliance — monthly compliance report, policy expiry reminders

Configure at Account → Settings → Notifications.

Deleting your account

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Account → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
  2. Type your organisation name to confirm
  3. Confirm deletion

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All properties, receipts, policies, and billing data are deleted immediately. Export your receipts before deleting if you need them for compliance purposes.

Consent receipts are subject to a 7-year retention obligation under GDPR. If you delete your account before 7 years, you are responsible for retaining exported receipts yourself.
