Changing your plan
Billing → Change Plan
Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Payment methods
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA Direct Debit (EU).
Add or update a payment method at Billing → Payment Method.
Invoices
All invoices are available as PDF at Billing → Invoices. Invoices are also emailed to your billing contact automatically.
Consent event usage
Billing → Usage shows your current month's consent event count versus your plan limit.
If you approach your limit, ConsentForge sends an alert at 80% and 100% usage. At 100%, additional events are still recorded (no data loss), but overage charges apply.
Cancelling
Billing → Cancel Subscription
Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, you revert to the Free plan.
VAT
For EU customers, add your VAT number at Billing → Tax to receive invoices with reverse-charge. ConsentForge is incorporated in Germany (USt-IdNr. provided on invoices).
