Managing Vendors
Viewing your vendor list
Go to Dashboard → Property → Vendors to see all vendors assigned to your property. Vendors are grouped by consent category.
Adding a vendor
From the library
- Click Add Vendor → From Library
- Search by name or browse by category
- Click Add — the vendor is added with default settings from the library
Manual entry
- Click Add Vendor → Custom Vendor
- Fill in: name, provider, category, purpose, cookie names
- Save

Editing a vendor
Click any vendor to open its detail panel. You can edit:
- Category assignment
- Display name and description (per language)
- Privacy policy URL
- Cookie pattern list
Changes apply immediately to the Preference Center.
Removing a vendor
Click the vendor → Remove. This removes it from your policy. If the scanner previously found this vendor's cookies on your site, the finding is marked as "unassigned" and will prompt you to re-assign.
Vendor status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | In your policy, shown in Preference Center |
| Inactive | Disabled — not shown to users, scripts not blocked |
| Unassigned finding | Scanner found a cookie/script not yet mapped to a vendor |
Scanner-driven additions
When the scanner detects a new script or cookie on your site that isn't assigned to any vendor, it appears in Vendors → Unassigned Findings. Review these regularly and assign them to the correct vendor (or create a custom vendor for unknown ones).
