Scheduled Scans
Scheduled scans run automatically at a set interval and alert you when new findings appear. They're the best way to stay on top of new third-party scripts added by your team, CMS plugins, or ad platforms.
Setting up a scheduled scan
- Go to Property → Scanner → Scheduled Scans → New Schedule
- Configure:
- URL — page(s) to scan (supports crawl mode)
- Frequency — daily, weekly, or monthly
- Alert threshold — notify when X new findings are detected
- Save
Recommended schedule
| Site type | Recommended frequency |
|---|---|
| High-traffic / ad-heavy | Daily |
| E-commerce | Weekly |
| Corporate / low-change | Monthly |
Alerts
When a scheduled scan finds new findings:
- Email alert sent to your notification address
- In-app notification in the Dashboard
- Optionally: webhook POST to your endpoint
Configure alerts in Scanner → Settings → Alerts.
Alert contents
The alert email includes:
- Number of new findings
- List of new script/cookie domains
- Direct link to review findings in the Dashboard
Scan history
All scheduled scan results are stored for 12 months. View the history at Scanner → Scan History.
