Shopify Installation

Time: ~10 minutes

Step 1: Add the script to your theme​

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes → Actions → Edit code
  2. Open layout/theme.liquid
  3. Paste your ConsentForge embed snippet just before </head>
  4. Save

Step 2: Verify​

Preview your storefront in a private window. The consent banner should appear.

tip

For Shopify Markets (multi-region), ConsentForge auto-detects the visitor's region using GeoIP and applies the appropriate consent policy.
