Layouts

ConsentForge supports three banner layouts. Choose the one that fits your brand and UX requirements.

Bottom Bar​

A full-width bar fixed to the bottom of the viewport.

  • Best for: minimal footprint, e-commerce, content sites
  • Blocks access: No (content remains scrollable)
  • Mobile: collapses to compact view

A centered overlay dialog with a backdrop.

  • Best for: high-compliance requirements, when you want to block interaction until consent is given
  • Blocks access: Yes (backdrop prevents clicking through)
  • Mobile: full-screen on small devices

Corner Float​

A compact card anchored to a corner of the screen (bottom-left or bottom-right).

  • Best for: minimal disruption, SaaS apps
  • Blocks access: No
  • Mobile: expands to full-width

Selecting a layout​

In the Banner Builder, go to Layout and choose your preferred option. A live preview updates immediately.

Preference Center​

All layouts support a full-screen Preference Center that opens when the user clicks "Customize". This is where users can toggle individual consent categories.
